By accessing or using Puzzle Crafter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. When a subscription ends, your account returns to the Free plan.
Acceptable use
You may use Puzzle Crafter only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse-engineer the service, abuse plan limits, upload harmful content, or use generated books in ways that violate applicable law or platform policies.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the words, clues and concepts you provide. Puzzle Crafter grants you a license to use the PDF files you generate. Our software, trademarks and designs remain our property.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every generated book will meet Amazon KDP approval, and we recommend reviewing files before publishing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzle Crafter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
